Business with Braskem
– Acquired from Braskem the rights to sell plant-based resins in Asia (Published in the press on 07/05/2012)
– In addition to the rights to sell plant-based resins in Asia, in 2022, in partnership with Braskem, we established the joint venture “Sustainea Bioglycols,” where we are developing Bio MEG and Bio MPG.
Business with CBMM
– We participated in a strategic Japan-Korea partnership to acquire 15% of CBMM’s shares, involving companies such as JFE Steel, Nippon Steel, Sojitz, JOGMEC, POSCO, and NPS. CBMM is responsible for a significant portion of the world’s niobium production, a strategic metal for several industries.
– The total investment made through this Japan-Korea partnership was USD 19.5 billion (as reported in the press on 03/04/2011).
Premium Vehicle Dealership Network
– We operate in the premium automotive segment in Southern Brazil, covering vehicle sales, services, parts, accessories, and providing complete financing and insurance solutions.
– Our network includes nine dealerships for BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad, and AUDI, strategically located in the states of Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.
